Cross post from show review:

All I can say is I m dumbfounded at how good this recording is. All the 68 classics in their glory- crystal clear(for the time)- and all of this coming from an admitted 80's snob. I am having quite a grand time listening to this on a SUnday morning. Stream now, or pay me later...

Indeed, my friend. January 68 was a good month for the boys, though we only have a few shows.

What a long outstanding year it was; in some ways, filled with more transitions than any other (though I admit, 69-70, and then 71 are equally "transitional"...whoops...better watch it...I feel a "poll" coming on...best transitional year...okay, wait, "best transitional year while making out with your girl (other) friend"...that'll get em going.

Those Eureka shows you sent me were 1/68, aren't they? I should remember, I still listen to them often...

As to the new "poll"... The redhead I make out with while listening to '68, the blonde while listening to "69 (don't even go there... that's mine!) or the brunette for '67 shows???

:)

PS. I should be so lucky, but I do like to dream...

Ah, that's what dreaming is for, eh? One hair color per transitional year!

Yep, think that on the basis of CLIFF's advice, January Eureka Show(s) were indeed in that little shipment!

Hope all is well!

All is very well Tell! Except when I (we) have to go outside... The new crib is very nice and Baby Dylan ( grandbaby & 13 months this tuesday) is a hoy, I mean joy! Makes me kind of wish I had kids of my own! But then, baby's and kittens turn into...

Might plug in one of those Eureka shows right now... Did listen to some new (non Dead) stuff today, among them, Gaelic Storm "What's the Rumpus?" I've nevr heard their music before and it is very good, not quite traditional Irish and very good to down right hilarious lyrics!!! Fun stuff!

Hope all is well with you too...
